Our Shipping Cost Explained:To simplify domestic US shipping rates we have flattened our product prices and made a maximum shipping charge of $50 based on the weight of the products, with free shipping at $500 or more. Below is table that will show the pricing scale based on an average weight for the products. To get your specific shipping rate you fill out the address in the shopping cart and press the "apply" button and the rate will be shown in the cart before you check out.
The shipping cost are based on the effective weight of a product in relationship to the selling price and the overall size of an order.

The prices below are maximum cost estimates based on weight and average value of products and more specifically blank t-shirts. Most other products will cost less for shipping than blank t-shirts. These are estimates and your shipping cost price should be at or below the prices shown in the chart. The most you will ever have to pay shipping on large orders is $50 in the Continental United States, free shipping over $500 and a $5 handling fee is included in these cost. These shipping prices are approximate and should be above what our cart actually charges you except in the case of sale items. There are no differences in the charges between Fed-Ex and USPS Priority. We do not us USPS Priority mail for large shipments over 5-10lbs except to Hawaii, Alaska or APO s. International shipments vary by country and we do not ship to all countries.
We offer a wide range of products at discounted pricing levels throughout our shopping cart. In order to properly price our items as low as possible we have moderated our shipping expenses. An item's weight and cost are relevant to the final cost you pay to get the products we offer to their final destination. The final shipping cost for each order is designed to promote larger orders while simplifying the discounts for smaller orders at the same time.
The result of our pricing formula is that for regular priced items at small quantities the customer will receive a lower per piece shipping cost versus the cheaper heavier items which cost more to ship and have larger discounts built into the pricing of the product. Nevertheless, wholesale customers and larger orders will never pay more than $50 shipping on any domestic order and orders over $500 receives free shipping.
Once the shipping cost reach $50 it won't go any higher no matter how many more items you order (See chart above).We have found this to work better than free shipping since it covers our cost on the inexpensive items that have a very small markup and we don't have to raise the prices on smaller orders.Click here for more shipping and order processing information.
