Ordering Information:
All orders are processed on a pre-pay basis. Once your payment has been received it generally takes 1-3 business days for US domestic orders to be processed, which includes charging the order and preparing the shipment.
Shipping Information:
Basic shipping takes 2-4 days from the time the order is processed for your order to be delivered via priority mail (postal service) or Fed-Ex Ground Delivery, so allow 4-7 days from the time you place your order until it lands on your door step. Out of stock products and specially produced products require additional time, since we have to get the right shirt color and print the shirt with the design. Usually 7-10 days for order processing on special items. We ship our blank t-shirts from 4 warehouses around the country and it usually takes 4-6 business days for blank t-shirt orders to arrive.
Expedited Federal Express:
There is no "Next Day", the following day, delivery. Every item takes 1 business day at a minimum to process the order and we make every attempt to ship it quickly and special shirts require the same 5 days to get the specific color shirt and print it. We can usually get an expedited order to you in 2-5 days depending on the items and then it takes 1-2 days for Fed-Ex to pickup and deliver your item. Which means an expedited order can get to you in 3-5days at best. In some cases you can call to verify that your items are in stock and we can ship those quicker.
International Shipping:
For orders outside of the US we ship via Airmail which generally takes two to three weeks to be delivered. We do not ship to all countries. We cannot guarantee shipments outside the U.S as the packages are not trackable except via Global Express which cost additional. Orders with special made shirts (i.e alternative color shirts with our designs on american apparel or hanes beefy-t) might take about a week longer (allow 2-weeks for delivery). For the uninitiated, "Y-Que" translates from spanish as "so what". Pronounced "eKay".
Please verify your CVV Code (the last three digits on the back of your card) when you place your order.
For orders over $100 we only ship to the billing address on the credit card and to the credit card holder unless you provide us with a fax photocopy (to: 702-974-0181) of your credit card back (this proves you are in possession of the card and a photocopy of your drivers license/id) to verify that you are the card holder.
Shirt Sizes:
The standard shirts are Hanes t-shirts, generally, but sometimes we use Gildan, YQ or American Apparel depending on the color and style. An Adult Large is about 22" from shoulder to shoulder and 26" from neck to bottom. The sizes fluctuate about 2" in either direction per size (eg: Medium 20" x 24").
Youth Sizes are about comparable to women's 0-2 (youth small) 4-6 (youth medium) 8-10 (youth large)
Returns:
We have a 100% guarantee on our products for US customers and you can mail back any product you order as long as you pay the return shipping charges. If you would like to return for an exchange or refund, please include a note with your name, order number, shipping address, phone number and let us know exactly what you'd like in exchange (i.e shirt design, color, size). If you are returning for a refund (less shipping), please let us know on your note. If we make a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to fix the problem to your satisfaction. Thank You.

If you are paying via credit card we will begin processing your order immediately.
However, Orders over $100 require verification of the CVV code and we may contact you for additional information to verify
the order before processing.
